Ali Bosworth : 'Heap'

Ali Bosworth, 33 years old, is a Canadian photographer based in Toronto. His encounter with the photographic medium was instinctive and easy : ‘I tried it and I liked it’. Inspired by his everyday, in particularly he likes photographing his companion, Sinead and their cat, Peaches. Between January 2014 and June 2017, he took 1716  photos and grouped them together in a series he called ‘Heap’. On his website, Heap can be read in chronological or random order. Because a ‘heap shuffle’ allows the photos to mix up like a deck of cards. This playful experience allows a discovery into his personal yet poetic universe.
