“I fell in love with photography when I learnt there was no word to express certain heartaches, nor enough letters to write my dreams, and that many emotions can only be explained with certain nuances of blue”, says Eva Abeling, a 25-year-old artist living between Barcelona, London and Bremen. Dust shining under the sun, waves breaking on the shore, tears and body details… Everything that is real inspire the photographer. “My relation to nature is whole and vital. I like to swim naked in the sea, walk bare foot in the sand and talk with the waves.” Eva Abeling becomes the interpreter of sensitive, vulnerable and authentic souls, to reveal many truths.
